The American Nonsmokers Rights Foundation is a national repository of local tobacco related ordinances and regulations in the United States. Each quarter, the ANR Foundation releases lists of places with 100% smoke-free air. According to their April 1, 2008 report, almost 150 colleges and universities in the U.S. with entirely smoke-free campuses (although 33 of these campuses allow smoking in limited, remote outdoor areas).
